Graduate from Meerut University, Mr. Anil Kumar Saini has rich experience in NBFC, MFI and service industry. He possess strong expertise in sales, recovery, client services and business expansion. He is a great team player with strategic thinking and planning. He is not only a business oriented person but has got good understanding of general administration.

Commerce Graduate from Hansraj College, Delhi University and a Post-Graduation in Management from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, with specialization in Finance and Marketing. He has an experience of 43 years in operation, marketing, Accounts and Finance. Having worked with Ansals, Unitech, News Channel P7, Pearls group in various capacity and heading the Operations and Finance. He is instrumental in launching new Units/Companies for Pearls Group. Having vast experience of financing, he is a key person in driving the growth of KSR.

Ms. Preeti is a qualified Company Secretary with extensive expertise in company law affairs. With a strong educational background and diverse work experience, she brings valuable insights and skills to her role. She graduated from Delhi University, completed her post-graduation from IGNOU, and holds a Diploma in MBA-Finance from IMT Ghaziabad. She has also worked with Orient Bell Ltd., Espire Group, and the TDI Group.

Ms. Prince possesses a bachelor’s degree from University of Delhi. She holds about 10 years of experience in various areas including operations. She has worked with various elite organizations such as Standard Chartered Bank, Spice, UCCSL. Ms. Prince has a liberated and leadership persona. She provides assistance to all the branches for an uninterrupted workflow of operations work.

Commerce Post graduate from Rajasthan University. Mr. Kapoor holds more than 3 decades of experience in Accounts, Audit & compliances of logistics and Cinema Exhibition Company.
