Mrs. Usha Samtani is the former Principal of Sant Nirankari Public School and brings with her a wealth of experience in both the education and social sectors. With over 24 years of experience in the education field and 7 years in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to leadership, growth, and community impact. Her multifaceted career reflects a strong foundation in academic administration, along with strategic involvement in financial and social initiatives. Mrs. Samtani has played a pivotal role in the overall management and development of KSR, contributing significantly to its organizational progress and vision.

Mr. Shiv Kumar is a graduate of Punjab University with over 21 years of experience in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. He brings deep industry knowledge and practical expertise, particularly in the area of marketing, where he has established himself as a seasoned professional. In addition to his marketing acumen, Mr. Kumar possesses extensive experience in networking and social engagement, which has significantly contributed to building strong professional relationships and expanding organizational outreach.

Mr. Anil Kumar Saini is a graduate of Meerut University and brings extensive experience across the NBFC, Microfinance (MFI), and service industries. With a strong track record in sales, recovery, client services, and business expansion, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and deliver results. Mr. Saini is known for his analytical approach to business challenges and his ability to identify practical, efficient solutions.
